I've been cooking

You see. . . My room, and by extension my house is a mess because in the past three years I have been bringing stuff in but I have not taken the time to do anything about it. Now, that I finally promised myself that I would fix everything to make this look like a liveable house, temptations are just too much to resist.
My aunt posted this recipe from a friend on facebook, and since it is summer, I could not help leaving my room for entering the kitchen.

My sister is vegetarian now so I thought it was perfect for her. Is sort of a gelatine (using vegetarian gelatine of course, agar-agar) with peppers, eggplant and my favourite, zuchinne. Blended with a tomato chutney and some dark and shiny spanish olives. This is what summer tastes like (although it's raining soo much it feels like October).
I'll let you know how my cleaning goes.
